Chris Edwards has always been drawn to things that move—whether it was locomotives as a kid or fast-growing businesses as an adult. Now, as General Manager of Marine, he’s leading one of the most exciting new expansions at Storable, steering the division toward its fullest potential.
Edwards was born and raised in Allentown, Pennsylvania. After graduating from Penn State, he started his career in government contracting before pivoting to technology-focused management consulting. Business school at the University of Chicago led him to L.E.K. Consulting, where he specialized in growth strategy before making his way to Storable.
Chris believes in always improving things, empowering his team, and—just as importantly—not getting in their way. He’s strategic, thoughtful, and never afraid to roll up his sleeves—and, in his own words, hopefully not a bad person to grab a drink with.
When he’s not focused on helping Marine customers, you can find Chris passionately defending Philadelphia sports teams (Go Birds), serving as Treasurer on the board of non-profit 826CHI, traveling, or out on Lake Michigan—because, of course, boats were always going to be part of the equation.
