Through the adjustments we have maintained our core group of leaders and employees, and our mission is to help facilities operate more efficiently and profitably. We do this by allowing operators to offload day-to-day tasks of running a facility.
With our service tenants can pay their bill via phone 24/7 through our automated payment feature. Our trained specialists can answer 100% of the calls a facility receives, or we can answer calls as a backup or overflow option. Each call is answered specific to the storage facility, and all calls are handled custom to facility needs. We can do everything from renting units, processing payments, selling tenant insurance and protection plans, editing tenant accounts, issuing gate access codes, processing move outs, and handling past due accounts.
In addition to phone calls, we also offer a chat feature where we will live chat with your tenants directly on your website.
