Golden, CO-based Spartan Investment Group has been named to the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America list for the third year in a row. The company earned its highest spot on the list this year, coming in 128th place. The company reached #166 in 2021, and #308 in 2020.

To earn the distinction, the company reported revenue growth of 3,539% during the previous three-year period.

“We are thrilled to make the Inc. 5000 list for the third year in a row and continue to grow at a pace we are extremely proud of,” said Spartan Co-Founder & CIO Ryan Gibson in a statement, “A testament to this growth includes the launch of our first self-storage fund this year, which wouldn’t have been possible without our amazing Spartan team’s hard work and dedication.”

Spartan has been in business since 2013. Its new fund launched earlier this year with a goal to raise $150 million and acquire 60 to 80 self-storage properties in growth markets throughout the country. The company operates facilities under various names, with many under the FreeUp Storage banner.
