The Roll Up: Store Space extends portfolio with new Indianapolis facility

Adams French Property extended its partnership with Store Space Self Storage taking over management at three new locations – two in Minnesota and a new one under construction in the Fall Creek Place neighborhood of Indianapolis, IN. The latter was developed at 2455 Central Ave (below). in conjunction with Iron Point Partners LLC, an institutional investment fund, and has 708 climate-controlled units spread across 75,145 square feet. It is slated to open this month. The Minnesota sites, which were completed in 2020, are in Roseville (2500 Prior Avenue N., 742 units, 79,279 NRSF) and Crystal (5702 W. Broadway, 855 units, 83,557 NRSF).

Value Store It Self Storage opened a new facility at 21427 N. Black Canyon Highway in Deer Valley and its first in the Phoenix, AZ market. It will hold a grand-opening event on March 10. Value Store It, based in Fort Lauderdale, has locations also in Florida, Massachusetts and Arizona. Source: PR Web

Fairview Storage opened a new storage facility at 20920 NE Sandy Blvd., near the corner of Fairview Parkway and NE Sandy Boulevard in Fairview, OR. It has 509 units totaling 108,856 square feet of rentable storage space. The business offers both RV and boat storage units. The facility will be a U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer, offering moving trucks to reserve. Forge Building Co. of Boise, ID built the facility. Fairview Storage LLC of Everett, WA is the owner. Snowmass Self Storage, developed by Ryan Chadwick and business partner Michael Forrest, opened in January in Snowmass, CO, at the corner of Highway 82 and Snowmass Creek Road. It has 50 units spread across two buildings. It was designed to accommodate larger vehicles, boats, ATVs and snowmobiles, plus there are similar units for skis, bikes, stand-up paddleboards and more. The City Plan Commission in Providence, RI, granted initial approval to a five-story, 1,400-unit self-storage complex at 50 Branch Ave., which was formerly a Board of Elections site. RAB Properties owns the building and developer Trunk Space LC of Quincy, MA, backs the project. The biggest neighbors are the North Burial Ground, the Dryden Mill strip mall and other businesses. A new self-storage facility will be coming to 109 Victory Road in Springfield, NJ following a favorable 5-0 Springfield Board of Adjustment vote. Springfield Holdings LLC first applied in November for three variances that would permit putting up the facility near the Millburn border and I-78. Source: TAPinto Springfield
