Our Companies

Industry-Leading Online Marketplace

Founded in 2008 by Storable CEO, Chuck Gordon, and Storable CIO, Mario Feghali, SpareFoot helped lead the self-storage industry into the digital era, quickly becoming the go-to online marketplace for both consumers and operators.

The Original FMS

SiteLink came to fruition all the way back in 1996 in the back of a cell phone components factory. Ross Lampe started the company when his brother, who owned several facilities, said he needed facility management software and fast grew to become the leading FMS in the entire industry.

A New Standard in Self-Storage Technology

storEDGE led the charge in integration with an offering that includes a best-in-class FMS, facility websites, and an online rental center. Launched in 2015, storEDGE set a new standard by focusing on intuitive user controls, interfaces, and experiences for operators.

Peace of Mind

Both Storsmart and Bader offer best-in-class insurance solutions for self-storage. Their robust offerings, years of experience, and industry-leading training deliver the peace of mind operators need along with a boost to revenue.
