That’s why we’re committed to investing time, energy and a lot of heart to empower each Storrior to be a Steward of Storable.

We are committed to foster openness and respect by nurturing a group of sustainably focused, corporate citizens who make their decisions based on environmental awareness, business ethics, diversity, inclusion, belonging and community involvement.

At the end of the day, we empower each Storrior to go forth and do more for the global community so that all of us, and all of those we impact can, truly, be more.

Our do more, for more initiative is founded on three principles.

Environmental Stewardship

We believe that environmental stewardship is a critical component of the long term and sustainable growth of both our organization and the wider storage industry.

Social Impact and Leadership

More than building the world’s best storage and marina software, Storable recognizes its share of impact in the social context both for our Storriors and for the communities in which we operate.

Governance, Control and Ethics

It’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it. That’s why Storable’s commitment to transparency, equity and fairness ensures a healthy and vital path toward sustainability.

ERGS

We continue to grow our employee resource groups. Each has a main purpose - to create a safe space, raise awareness of societal issues and support Storable business initiatives. And each group is employee-led.

Women of Storable

This group is inclusive of trans women and non-binary people who identify with a shared experience of women and feel they would benefit from inclusion and access to female-centered spaces.

Diversity and Inclusion Guild

DIGS is actively engaged in learning about systemic issues through group discussions, and partnering with a variety of organizations and/or schools to help provide resources and opportunities to people in need.

Latinx Storriors

This group is open to all Latinx employees at Storable as well as anyone who identifies as an ally for the community.

LGBTQIA+ Storriors

This group is open to all LGBTQIA+ Storriors as well as others who want to be a support for this community. It is focused on four pillars: Culture, Community, Commerce and Career.

When we talk about doing more, for more, we mean just that. It’s not just the people we can see right now and directly impact today. We’re also committed to doing more for the Earth. That’s why we are committed to being the first organization in our industry to have a carbon negative footprint by 2025.

Our annual Storrior Service day allows our Storriors to give back to a cause of their choice.

We track, report and publish our Greenhouse Gas Emissions, water usage and plans to reduce that consumption over time.
