Employee Resource Groups
We recognize that our success is deeply rooted in the diversity of our workforce and the unique perspectives each employee brings to the table.
As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture, we have established Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) as integral pillars of our organizational framework. ERGs serve as voluntary, employee-led communities designed to cultivate a sense of belonging and support professional development among our diverse workforce. These groups offer a platform for employees to connect, collaborate, and contribute to the advancement of our company’s mission and values.
Women of Storable
This group is inclusive of trans women and non-binary people who identify with a shared experience of women and feel they would benefit from inclusion and access to female-centered spaces. Women of Storable is global, with chapters in both America and our India office.
Latinx Storriors
This group is open to all Latinx employees at Storable as well as anyone who identifies as an ally. This group was created as a safe space for Latinx employees to raise awareness of societal issues faced by the community.
Storable Pride
This group is open to all LGBTQIA+ Storriors as well as others who want to be a support for this community. The purpose of Storable Pride is to create a safe space for all LGBTQIA+ employees, raise awareness of societal issues faced by the LGBTQIA+ community, make an impact in our local communities, and support Storable’s business initiatives including talent acquisition.
NeuroSpicy
The group of Storriors was created as a space for embracing neurodiversity, sharing tools to help those who are neurodiverse, and for those who want to be informed allies. NeuroSpicy will work to further the mission and values of Storable, represent the interests of embracing neurodiversity, and support Storable’s overall inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility goals.
ReStorable
This community is for Storriors committed to responding to the climate crisis together through education, community service, and mutual support. It advocates for sustainable practices at Storable and within the industries we serve
Storable Veterans
Storable Vets was created to provide a safe place for Military Veterans and allies to congregate. The group’s goal is to raise awareness surrounding challenges in the Veteran community via open dialogue, fundraising, and volunteer opportunities.
Voices of Color in Tech
Voices of Color in Tech is a supportive sanctuary for Black tech professionals, focusing on fostering dialogue around challenges, creating solutions, and promoting personal healing and inclusion, with the ultimate goal of empowering everyone to feel safe and empowered in the skin they are in.
