Surcharging Available on Easy, Edge, & Sitelink
Automated Surcharging is now available on Storable Easy and continues to be supported in Edge and Sitelink.
This feature helps operators offset rising credit card processing costs by automatically calculating and applying compliant surcharges to qualifying tenant payments. With built-in regional guardrails, operators can help protect NOI and reduce processing costs without broad rent increases or manual fee management.
Mobile Walkthrough Now Available on Edge
The Mobile Walkthrough experience is now available in Storable Edge, allowing staff to complete facility inspections directly from their mobile devices. This tool creates a real-time connection between field activity and the Edge dashboard, helping teams document and manage walkthroughs more efficiently.
Mobile Walkthrough allows you to:
- Upload photo evidence from the field
- Capture voice-to-text notes
- Manage overlock tasks on mobile
- Maintain a centralized audit trail

Edge Mobile Updates
We’ve updated the Tenants page in Edge with a more mobile-friendly layout and easier-to-access actions to help operators complete common tenant tasks more efficiently from their mobile devices.
Operators can now more quickly:
- Take payments
- Access and share gate codes and combination lock numbers
- Add tenant notes
- Send text messages

Enable SSO on Edge
We’ve streamlined the login experience for Storable Edge to help operators better secure business data with less effort. By enabling Single Sign-On (SSO), operators gain a single, secure set of credentials backed by built-in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and improved PCI compliance support.
Enabling SSO also unlocks access to 13 Business Intelligence Management Insight reports directly within the dashboard at no additional cost, including Lead Performance and Revenue Trend reporting.
