As a distributed business with a remote workforce, collaboration is key at Storable. That’s where Molly’s superpowers come into play. As our Chief of Staff, she’s adept at bringing people together to solve complex problems.
She worked her magic right out of college as an urban planner working with a Council of Governments representing 30 different cities and seven counties to work together. Later in her planning career as a consultant, she helped military installations and surrounding communities find solutions for compatible land use — enabling the military to fulfill its mission and the surrounding communities to achieve their goals. (Ask her about riding in a Black Hawk helicopter to get the lay of the land.)
At every stop on her career path, Molly has made things better than when she arrived. At the University of Colorado, she worked with the Public Safety Department to implement a faster dispatch system. At Jeppesen (now Boeing), she kept a global team of over 500 people on a flight path for continued success. And at Ulteig, she helped rebuild a strategic plan for this engineering company to double in size in less than 18 months.
When Molly’s not helping Storable manage its growth, she likes to spend time with family and friends, visit breweries and enjoy the outdoors. She loves to ski (even schussed the slopes at Dubai’s Mall of the Emirates) and is a big fan of F1 racing. That’s not surprising, considering that teamwork is essential for success on the track. And while we won’t ask her to change our tires or fill our tank, we rely on her to help us compete and stay in pole position.
