Born in Austin and raised in Round Rock, Texas, Nick’s competitive nature was shaped early as a high school and college athlete. He learned to connect effort with results, which played to his benefit when he started a career in sales, where his work ethic set him apart. While he found success as an individual contributor, he discovered his true strength in leadership—optimizing processes that scaled teams and magnified impact.
At All Web Leads, Nick transformed people, processes, and technology while scaling their call center by 7x. along the way. He joined SpareFoot to run the offshore call center and has since expanded his role to lead global Support, Implementation, and Call Center functions across 8 countries and 4 different continents. His philosophy is simple: strong teams with trust and accountability make everyone better.

Outside of work, Nick spends as much time outdoors as possible. Whether he’s hunting, fishing, hiking, or kayaking, he enjoys being immersed in nature. And when he’s not in the wild, you’ll find him watching Formula 1 or preparing a meal sourced straight from his own efforts—because just like in business, he believes in being hands-on start to finish.
