Self-storage operators can now seamlessly pass data and optimized rates between Prorize’s Self Storage Revenue Management and Storable’s property management platforms, Sitelink and StorEDGE.

Self-storage operators around the globe can now automatically push their transaction data from Storable’s platforms into Prorize’s award-winning Self Storage Revenue ManagementTM (SSROTM) technology to manage their street rates and existing customer rate increases at the most granular level. The closed-loop integration will seamlessly upload Prorize recommendations back into Sitelink or StorEDGE at any frequency needed.
Operators use Prorize’s cloud-based SSRO solution to increase their revenue and improve their bottom line. SSRO analyzes hundreds of combinations of parameters (such as price, promotion, unit type, unit size, customer type, competition, and season) to forecast demand and accurately predict the price a customer is willing to pay for each self-storage unit. As a result, SSRO reduces human intervention and pricing errors and delivers incremental revenue of at least 10%.
