Founded in 2007, Optivest Properties is a leading property management company specializing in the self-storage industry. In a nearly 20-year period since its inception, our company grew from managing a single facility to overseeing 100 locations nationwide. Our journey, including strategic acquisitions and partnerships, highlights our commitment to excellence and expertise. In 2013, we partnered with National Storage Affiliates (NYSE: NSA) to help form a publicly-traded self storage REIT. Optivest Properties (which previously operated as “RightSpace Storage”) became one of the largest subsidiary companies within National Storage Affiliates before NSA’s internalization in 2024.
That same year, we retired a great chapter under the RightSpace Storage brand and formed a new name: “Hello Storage.” Under the new company name, Hello Storage continues to expand and innovate in a dynamic and varied real estate and property management environment. At the current time, our exclusive focus is third party management for independent self storage owners and we continue to manage a portfolio of assets for various satisfied clients who have been with us for 15+ years.
