Spacebox Management, LLC was formed in August 2005. Their management philosophy is to bring professionalism to all facilities under their watch. They take their fiduciary responsibility very seriously and manage their properties as if they were the sole owner or investor in each and every site. They believe in staffing facilities with high quality managers and then give them the support and authority to manage the properties to achieve the highest return on the investments that they can. Hiring high caliber managers, who can market, recommend pricing and discounting strategies, control expenses, and take ownership in their facility will maximize rent up, occupancy rates, and revenues.

They believe the best marketing for self-storage is great customer service, community involvement, and getting their managers and facilities known in their local markets. While they utilize other outside opportunities they have found these three methods to be the most effective and least costly. Their goal in looking at outside marketing opportunities is to utilize those that bring the greatest return on the dollars invested.
