Agent Assist QR Codes Now Available
Operators can now download a facility-branded, print-ready QR code directly from Chat Admin — no additional hardware or setup required. Tenants can scan the QR code with their smartphone to launch an Agent Assist chat session for common issues like lockouts or forgotten gate codes.
Mobile Walkthrough Improvements on Edge
We’ve streamlined how users access and share their completed walkthroughs.
Users can now:
- Automatically email PDF reports to designated recipients after walkthrough completion
- View, download, and share completed walkthrough PDFs from history
- One-time setup required for automatic report delivery

Tasks & Letters Now Available in myHub on SiteLink
Users will find the same configuration settings and tenant data that they rely on in SiteLink Web Edition, with a few notable improvements:
- Work without interruptions. In myHub, notices are processed in the background, so users can keep working while communications are sent. No more waiting for large batches to finish.
- Manage multiple sites seamlessly. Toggle between locations within myHub without logging out.

Batch Editing Max Rental Rate on SiteLink
We’ve enabled batch editing for Max Rental Rates. This feature works similarly to the batch edit process for Standard Rates and helps operators save time with accurate, rapid rate adjustments across multiple units.
Facility Search on the Corporate Facilities Page for Edge Users
We’ve added a search bar to the Corporate Facilities page List View, so users can easily find the location they need faster without scrolling through pages.
User Activity Tracking Improvements on Edge
We added two new Activity Types that are tracked on the User Activity page. They will be available in the Activity type filter dropdown.
- Lead — This category includes Lead Updated, Lead Created, Lead Moved in, Lead Reserved, Lead Cancelled
- Rental Rate Changed — This category includes Rental rate changed, Rental rate changed cancelled
We’ve also ensured that the Details and Logged By columns are consistently populated with data.
Updated Menus & Lists on Edge
We’ve updated dropdown menus, lists, and settings screens across both the Facility Level and Corporate Level of Edge to display items in alphabetical order (A–Z), making it easier for users to find what they need quickly.
