New Agent Assist Updates
We’ve got two updates to our Agent Assist AI-powered chatbot: promo banners and one-session move-ins with Edge.
Promo Banners
You can now display active promotions directly inside the chat window — giving prospects a clear reason to secure their unit on the spot.
To set up your first promotion: Log in to your Agent Assist dashboard → Go to AI Center → Select the new Marketing tab.
One-Session Move-Ins with Edge
Turn reservations into move-ins in the same conversation. The moment a tenant
completes a reservation in chat, Agent Assist now automatically surfaces your Online Move-In link, as long as online move-ins are enabled within Edge.
Permitted Access Profiles Available with SSO
To help ensure your Storable Portal experience remains secure and compliant, we’ve introduced Permitted Access Profiles. Available under the Access Profiles tab, Permitted Access ensures users can only create new users and manage existing users with privileges equal to or lower than their own.

Need to announce a promotion, share an update, or notify tenants about maintenance? Across Edge, SiteLink, and Easy, you can quickly send emails to the tenants who need to know—without manual messages or paperwork.
Here are three quick ways to communicate faster:
Storable Edge
Use Mass Email to send announcements to your entire tenant base or targeted groups using built-in filters.
How it works:
- Create a Mass Email template in Corporate Email Settings
- Go to Communication → Send Mass Email
- Filter recipients and click Send
Tip: Track delivery and open history directly in the tenant profile.
Sitelink
SiteLink makes it easy to send a one-time email to your tenant base using the Wizard tool.
How it works:
- Go to Setup → Form Setup to draft your message
- Navigate to Company → Forms
- Use the Wizard to filter tenants or select all
- Click E-mail → Process to send
Storable Easy
Need to message a specific tenant or group? Send a custom email directly from your dashboard.
How it works:
- Go to Email, Txt, & Print → Send Email
- Select a customer group or individual tenants
- Write your message and click Send
Tip: Make sure your Reply-To address is set up so tenants can respond.
