Each month, we’ll bring you the latest advancements, exciting new features, and key updates designed to enhance your Storable experience and streamline your facility operations.
We’ve got plenty to share so let’s get started!
Rental Review to Prevent Unwanted Tenants
Rental Review helps your team flag tenants before renting to them again—adding a built-in safety net across your portfolio.
This new feature automatically scans all locations when a manager starts a move-in or creates a tenant profile. Managers are alerted if a potential match is found with a problem customer on your do not rent list. This creates an extra layer of security for online rentals by directing flagged tenants to contact the facility before they can complete a rental.
Rental Review improves communication across facilities and gives managers the context they need to make informed decisions and prevents unwanted rentals before they happen.
Enable Rental Review and manage user permissions in Corporate Tenant Settings.
Bring Your Own Identity to Storable SSO
Storable SSO now supports Bring Your Own Identity, letting your team log in using the credentials they already use every day.
This means that you can use your existing credentials from Microsoft, Google, or Okta to log on to the Storable platform. This allows you to eliminate extra passwords and reduces login friction. Automatically apply your corporate security standards to Storable and improve control over your business.
Once you start using Storable SSO you’ll also have access to Business Intelligence reports in Edge. Storable SSO credentials going forward will be essential to using new products and services, so be sure to set it up now to avoid delays.

More Product Tips and Tricks
This month we are bringing you a few useful tips to help you get the most out of your existing services. Taking advantage of these core product features can help you more quickly achieve the results you are after and improve the tenant experience.
Secure & Seamless Gate Management In Easy
Storable Access Control streamlines how you manage facility entry. Make sure you’re taking advantage of these key features:
- Automate Codes: Codes (4–10 digits) can be generated automatically using the last four digits of a tenant’s phone number.
- Enable Text to Open: Under Setup > Gate, select a dedicated phone number. Tenants text “Open” to that number to trigger the gate—no remotes or apps required.
- Set Access Rules: Create Gate Groups to define specific hours and entry points. You can assign these groups to units so new tenants get the correct access level the moment they move in.
- Monitor Entry: Review real-time activity anytime via the Gate Activity Log in your settings or reports.

Managing late payments doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Sitelink keeps you organized by gathering all your follow-ups, from phone calls to late notices, in one central location, removing the guesswork from your morning routine.
How to do it:
- For Phone Calls: Click Collection Calls on the Operations screen. Double-click a tenant to see their history, then enter a note after your call to track the conversation.
- For Notices and Fees: Navigate to Tasks & Letters. This screen shows everyone due for a letter or fee based on how many days they are past due.
- Process in Bulk: Select the tenants you want to address and click Process. SiteLink will automatically prepare the letters for printing or emailing based on each tenant’s saved preference.
