The moratorium on self-storage units inside Maumee, OH is about to end after almost three months. The city council approved the moratorium on Dec. 30, 2021, temporarily stopping the approval of merits, plans and applications to build mini warehouse facilities within the city. In Washington State, the Anacortes City Council eliminated self-service storage as a permitted use in the commercial use zone, which is for general service and retail commercial uses, and mixed uses.
