Self Storage Investing and Brandon Storage Center LLC sold their Brandon Storage Center, 2711 Broadway Center Blvd. in Brandon, FL. StoreSpace was the buyer. The center has 92,000 rentable square feet and 445 climate-controlled units.

Kingdom Storage Holdings and Titan Wealth Group sold Mokena Self Storage in Mokena, IL for $18 million. The deal closed late last year. The property, at 19140 Darvin Drive (above), has a three-story, climate-controlled building with 108,659 NRSF and 989 units. The buyer is Zeko Properties LLC and the seller is MRH Holdings. Berkshire’s Cameron Vale, Parker Sweet and Andrew Plunkett represented the seller and found the buyer.
Marcus & Millichap announced he sale of Verona Road Self Storage, 5258 Anton Drive in Fitchburg, WI. It has 18,722 square feet. Brett R. Hatcher, Gabriel Coe and Jonathan M. Fawley had the listing.
