Coleman Self Storage LLP was the seller and Allendale Ventures LLC the buyer. The facility has 335 units spread across 51,575 square feet.

An out-of-state buyer made the purchase, which includes two offices in LaFayette with a combined 37,230 RSF. LaFayette Storage Solutions North, at 3296 N. 27 Highway, has 74 drive-up units with 8,700 RSF. LaFayette Storage Solutions South, 501 Grant St., has 189 drive-up units with 28,530 RSF. The site includes a 2.6-acre parcel for expansion and has 29,999 NRSF of non-climate-controlled space.
